Mindfulness Yoga Retreat Weekend

This upbeat weekend is for anyone looking for rejuvenation, personal reflection, inspiration and outdoor enjoyment. It does not matter what form of yoga you practice or your level of experience.
The intention of the Retreat is to “take time out” to connect with your Whole self and nature. You’ll be guided on an exploratory and reflective journey through varied yoga and meditation practices, walking/hiking in nature and self-care practices.

Our weekend together will:
