Sharon Daly, Soulful Life Coaching and Yoga Therapy

Are you a dynamic person ready to let go of an old or stressful way of being and embrace a powerful path toward true well-being and joyful living?

During my many years as a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and environmental specialist I’ve come to realize that true well-being requires self-fulfillment AND healthier relationships to self, others and life.

Wisdom traditions and modern science clearly demonstrate that what we think, feel and do affects our capacity for authentic health and happiness. Any effective approach to living fully must tackle the body, mind and spiritual realms together. When you actively strengthen your inner state you can positively direct your life at any age.

Your body has an amazing capacity for healing and vitality. Tapping into this natural capacity involves engaging and harmonizing your whole being – body, mind, emotions and soul. Yet this crucial connection is too often neglected in our hectic, surface-oriented culture. Like many people, you desire happiness, balance and harmony, but can feel fragmented, disconnected or distressed, even though you are outwardly successful.

To grow whole and feel vitally alive, you need to dive deeper.  A whole-person approach to true wellness requires knowing oneself fully in a caring, mindful way. Authentic self-awareness allows you to reach inside for truth, wisdom and resilience, empowering you to create more wholesome relationships with self, others and life.

I guide individuals in a holistic, integrative process of self-discovery that brings about the inner harmony they seek. The experience of being inner-directed, plus a sense of interconnection with life, fosters the design of a healthier, balanced and joyful way of living.

When the people I guide begin to connect with themselves and life in a caring, reverent way they begin to heal and evolve from the inside-out. They naturally align their life according to what really matters to them. Everyday challenges are met with confidence, authenticity and perspective. Self-protective strategies that can be self-sabotaging and limiting begin to diminish. By taking personal responsibility for their self-fulfillment they are empowered to realize the best within themselves at any age while enriching the lives of others.

The reality is that our distress, imbalance or dissatisfaction is an opportunity for deeper self-awareness, healing and positive change.

With a genuine and energetic presence, I combine yoga therapy, mindfulness-based psychosynthesis (a holistic, transpersonal approach to guiding individuals and groups), eco-psychology and holistic wellness research in my work to support inner fulfillment and harmonious, vibrant living. I provide a space of unconditional positive regard while providing the tools to connect individuals to a deeper, sacred sense of self for the healing and inner-direction required for optimal wellness and living fully.

The Stress to Serenity Program and various Workshops are offered throughout the year. In late spring 2012, I’m excited to introduce the Personal Evolution Workshop Series. Currently, there are openings for private Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Soulful Life Coaching. There are also on-going Yoga Classes in the local community.
